Those chairs are really telling about their personality. Kyouko and Homura's chair are almost bare of unnecessary frills, mostly because of their pragmatic nature.
Sayaka's looks regal and Oktavia-like
And even though the comment above is being voted down, I have to agree that even though her chair is the most elegant reflecting her ojou-like personality, her closed-off body language makes her looks small and lonely.
I have nothing about Madoka, though the chair has no place to lean on makes me think that she's the one who being leaned on.
Kyoko looks the most restless, like she's ready to get up out of her chair and go do something.
The positioning of Sayaka's legs evokes a mermaid's tail.
Madoka is the only one smiling, and only one looking directly at you. Everyone else is wearing guarded expressions and just slightly facing away and just slightly looking at you from the corner of their eyes.
Mami is the only one completely avoiding eye-contact. As said, her body language is definitely closed off, as though she feels small and alone, and afraid to try reaching out.
