I was going to ask what the joke behind the picture is, given that season 2 had aired some time ago before this picture was posted (I've watched it!). Then, I realized it was part 2 that was aired, not season 2.
Anime studios calling a season anything other than a season is becoming a pet peeve of mine. Though, that might be my Anglicized brain talking. (TV shows just call everything a season AFAIK.)

Well, not so long ago season had ~25 episodes, not 13...
