Lillie. She's the only character in the anime to have had one of those, so she must have given it to him offscreen. It makes since considering that he also has a figure of Kukui/Masked Royal, and Kukui and Lillie were Ash's most significant relationships in Alola.

I think it's there because of Kaori's retirement and wouldn't be able to get Haruka anymore
