I don't know what job you people work at where you can have pictures of people (or flat out illustrations) that are NEARLY naked, so long as the nipples and genitals are covered.
Nani? Half-full or empty, post rules say "Safe" is no nudes, partial or not. I was also following comment rules and explaining why I changed the rating. As such, I have no idea what prompted the above comments.
