The following may be uploaded but are generally not recommended unless a better copy cannot be found: Poorly compressed: Any image where compression artifacts are easily visible.

Guys, read terms of service. Post with poor compression should be flagged only If there's better copy. Flagging rules are outdated as fuck.

This isn't poor compression, it was literally just upscaled 400% with no filter.
