Changed from 'tank' to 'self-propelled gun'. There's no turret on it which makes would make it either a tank destroyer or assault gun by Soviet classification, both of which would fall under self-propelled guns.
Also added 'submachine gun' and 'ppsh-41' tags, since those are the weapons the Red Neko's are carrying.
On a semi-related note, I don't think that is an actual design. It vaguely reminds me of the Soviet tanks in Red Alert 3.
