to whoever flagged this, I carefully compared both images and really see no signs of this being a nude filter... Last time I checked, if the artist publishes two versions of the same image, they are allowed here.

It was published on someone else's Pixiv account and then deleted. Until someone can find this image on one of the artist's pages, saying it's definitely the original artist's work is rather presumptuous.

Ehh, I just see this this and ask me how can this even work as a flag reason?
