You know what? You are absolutely right! We can remove all the human characters, replace everyone as Orks and Grots, replace Beastmen with Tau or Imperium or whatever and substitute Anti-Spirals with Necrons and it will all still make sense!

Orks ARE all for going beyond the impossible! It's just replacing More Dakka with Drills!

But what about Yoko? Apart from the whole "no female orks" issue, a sniper with BS 2 just doesn't compute.
