if u see the manga/anime u will notice that he/she is a kämpfer and all kämpfers must be a girl, so when he transforms he turns in to a girl... that is the reason

methinks Senou is gonna end up with Shizuku instead of Kaede (god Sakura's a bitch AND a dick)

"bitch AND a dick", well that description fits more with the main character
