No, only on Evangelion. And who could blame them? They don't even have a rocket-punch, eye beams, a chest blaster or an extremely over-the-top finisher move.

But they do have the monsterous berserker modes.

I think you must call it "the real nature of the Evas", not berserker modes

So do the a fair share of the Getters , and they are indefinitely more badass.

For their credit, though, they have those insanely resistant A.T. fields, made better for doubling as powerful attack.

I don't concur here. EVA-01 definately has eyebeams; the Type-F has shoulder blasters, which is pretty close; and the A.T. Field, while it can't exactly throw a rocket punch, it can still cause some wacky limb extensions much like Lunar Joker from Kamen Rider W, which could very well do the same thing.
