1/ Cen mk3 can penetrate King Tiger only by the frontal turret while King Tiger can penetrate Cen's frontal (which is only 50mm thick).
2/ King Tiger (88) and King Tiger (105) are using APCBC with HE fused. 1 penetrated shot can cause devastate damage which can kill most/entire crew or blow up ammo rack. Cen mk3 is using sabot shell, which only capable to disable 1-2 crews or damage module if landed in a right spot.

Given the environment, King Tiger will beat Cen mk3 in flat ground while Cen mk3 will got advantage on uneven terrains.
