They still look great as maids.

There's been a number of other subtle changes, like wrinkles on Alice's pantyhose, Shanghai's stockings changing colour, eyes and hair having slightly different hue, extra shading on the apron... Does one tag stuff like that to begin with? How?

Not sure. But I did notice her hair had more highlights and the eyes have more texture in the pupils.

I would say 'edited' works just fine.
