Ashigaru: a conscripted peasent soldier the samurai used during Sengoku wearing a standard uniform and wielding an arquebus and accessories. His crest on his armor and jingasa hat indicate he is of the Takeda clan. The rope is extra for the lighting match cord used in the matchlock, there's also the ball shots and a priming pouch of gunpowder with a kettle neck which was actually used to prime the match hole. The black bag actually contains fixed satchels of gunpowder made of paper you tore open and poured down the muzzle, a pushing road is also shown. You were only suppose to use a fixed amount of powder hence the standardized satchels, too little and no power too much and the gun gets damaged that's why they didn't use the pouch with the kettle neck to load powder contrary to popular belief it's not accurate. The other two items might be a lighter and cleaning equipment. You needed to clean arquebuses a lot and the Japanese actually invented special waterproof lacquer boxes that helped them a lot in rain combat. In fact historians believe that at the time the Japanese military was the best in world but they had poor naval tactics (they kept trying to board ships when everyone else including themselves had cannons) and never made proper use of sails. They also started sucking at innovation and invention after Sengoku.
