Not quite. Ayase idolizes the image of Kirino in her head, which she believe is perfect. But idolizing is all the extent of how far that goes. If Ayase can be said to 'love' anyone, it'd have to be Kyousuke due to the latest volume in the Light Novel.

And some of those yandere scenes in the PSP games go a long way to aiding this as well, especially that Ayase bad end at the Kirino confrontation.
