Keep in mind the difference between PIxiv and Danbooru. It's not the clicking that probably annoyed you, it was probably loading each new page for 1 panel. On pixiv though, all pages are already loaded. And when you cilck the image itself, it seemisly goes to the next panel without missing a beat. This isn't the only comic that did the 1 panel at a time format and it works alot better on Pixiv than Danbooru.
