Looks like a watermark done by whoever made the changes. You can spot it on the faucet in the top left, Kyouko's hair on the left, her chin, her blouse's waistband, her breast on the left, down her inner thigh on the left, around the drop reflecting her genitals on the left, Rito's blushing facing along the blush, and probably other areas.
