How is she not? She plays a key role in the plot for most episodes, she's a hothead but also heroic and righteous, she's regularly the one standing between the other girls and Fukuyama's abuses. She freaking develops: she goes from "tsundere bitch" to altruistic heroine.

Also, unlike the two "main characters", she HAS a personality that goes beyond one word description. ("Doormat" and "ditz", to be specific.) Kirie was the reason I watched as much of that show as I did, hoping that she'd eventually actually successfully kill that rich rapey asshole.

Ugh! Miharu was so worthless: she hardly did anything of real worth. Yukinari wasn't much better and the two had the chemistry of two wooden chairs.
Awful show but Kirie is great! She's the reason to watch the show.
