Saint-Louis, the PR ship already have this ability.
Also they may add additional equipment that allows this.

I'm guessing Kitakaze will likely get "Last Stand", "Adrenaline Rush", or as she has only one set of torpedo tubes, "Expert Torpedo Loader"

Ah, I was playing in English only, didn't know there was an ability like that. But I don't know what kind of equipment that would be. On the topic of equipment, I wonder if and how the sextuple torpedo launcher would be implemented. We still don't have the quintuple 610 mm launcher that will probably come with Shimakaze, but it would probably have a really long reload.
