So I found the magazine this is from and the most I could find out of it, since unfortunately there's like no clear "drawn by x" text anywhere on most of the images in the section of this magazine, is that in some pages relating to this character the top right says in Japanese "Nontan's Work." I don't know who Nontan is, if that's an alias or pen name specifically for the art of this game that they contributed to, but I can't seem to find any Nontan's on danbooru that match up with this art style.
