I really dig the design. It makes her look really impressive and grand.

Wish we had more skins like this that's more elegant and less "how much skin can we show".

I'm gonna be the first one to comment with a polarizing opinion: I love both the lewd official arts and the modest alternatives the artists draw for the ships, such as this lovely rendition of Taihou in her ridiculously cool dress. I think both archetypical elements are really appealing in their own ways for certain ship girls.

Elegant dresses are nice, but i have absolutly nothing against Taihou showing as much of her breasts as they can get away with.
