Ella was captured by two elite MAVRO agents who were searching for whoever triggered the alarms. Discovering the Mark on her arm, they decided it was best to secure her for an interrogation later on with their superior. Perhaps she's associated with the infamous group of Omnivoyant that have been giving MAVRO so much trouble? (Yes, yes she is~)
Ella struggled initially, but after some threats from her captors, her fear got the better of her and she sat cooperatively as the two agents continued to tie her up... Hopefully Rev would find her soon~

Side note: I'm not 100% sold on the designs for the elite MAVRO agents, so I'm probably gonna redo them at a later point XP I just made those real quick cuz I wanted to get these draws out hehe
