I, by anything holy, still can't comprehend why people like to get dominated or dominate. At the very least so one sidedly. I won't judge people for the fetish, but I do kind of feel like your commanding image and your actual ability to be commanding in a leadership position is likely to be compromised, if not actually affected, by your desire to be dominated.

I don't judge the person, but I damn will find it hard to trust their orders as I can't be sure they are coming from them or the person they are being dominated by.

A domination play is one thing, but Ajax is hardcore dominatrix, for her it is pure domination so if she says something, I doubt the commander can go against her that easily.

Also suspect that people that aren't into the domination thing will also be a bit iffy about it.

I understand where you're coming from and I don't entirely disagree, but something important to keep in mind is that a good dominant partner will know their submissive's boundaries and what is and is not alright to even try to get them to do. It's not as though just because someone is submissive that they'll stay with their partner unconditionally. If treated poorly or asked to do something they should never even have been asked to do, it's not at all uncommon for the submissive partner to be the one to break off the relationship.

In this context, you'd have to hope that the commanding officer was chosen for the position they hold because they demonstrated enough capability and integrity not to compromise their duty regardless of what their romantic or sexual preferences might be.

That being said, it's a good idea not to let the whole base know that you're someone's love-slave.
