Well, it looks like some sort of spike was driven through them. All the previous works that had "slaves" had them with blindfolds seemingly stitched into their heads, too, so... I guess this is just one of the fetishes of whoever commissioned this series.

Little confused with this. She's in a freezer, but her eyes are melting? Or is that just blood from the spike seeping through them? Also...that isn't a generic mind control doohickey about to be screwed into her head, is it? That'd be pretty anticlimactic.
