Few things:
1) I don't know if there's a tag for "humanize" of non-human characters, so I didn't tag that.
2) I don't know all the pokemon's names, so I didn't tag them.
3) And further to 2, I don't know if it'd work too well if we get like 400+ names associated with this image...

What's everyone's view on this?

I'm not exactly sure what the nation wide picture reference part means, so I didn't add the translation note. Feel free to jump on it if anyone knows the correct meaning :)

I believe that the correct tag for creatures/objects personified as a person is "personification".

On Danbooru, it seems that people have nicknamed humanized Pokemon as "moemon" regardless of artist, so I went ahead and tagged it that.

I agree, tagging all of those pokemon doesn't look like a good idea...

I don't think for images like this every single last Pokemon should be tagged. At least, when I search "Psyduck" I don't want to find this. Notes would be a good way to name each Pokemon if one was inclined to do so.

Yeah, you definitely shouldn't cover stuff up with notes unless you absolutely have to. I think you did the right thing. It does look a little weird on the resized image, but the resized image is a bit too small to see much of anything anyway.

This is an intended feature useful for situations when notes obscure part of an image.

I could be wrong, but since it fearutres Pokemon from all the generations, I'm pretty sure they're referring to the different regions in the Pokemon world.
