Generally the solution to missing/wrong tags is to add/correct them yourself (just click on Edit under the image). The exception would be if you aren't sure if a tag should be added/changed/removed, in which case asking in a comment should be fine (though there's no guarantee for a response).

Not sure either if the dress_lift should be added so i'm leaving this one for any potential user who'd want it added. Though, i added white-dress, extended_upskirt, hat-removed, along with some other undoubtedly adequate tags

this is masterpiece, only ruined by the text and the black rectangle.
