I doubt this is intentional, but she kinda reminds me of Tootie from "The Fairly Oddparents" especially the somewaht older version Bleedman uses in in Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi.
Honestly though, she's got a super cute design and maid suits only makes things better. I've never liked furries but I guess this is the first anthropomorphic character I've really liked, probably due to what I've learnt of her personality and the way the artist has drawn her.
