Edit: After a closer look, probably just Maid-chan 1-3. I'm ASSUMING the DX means that it's in colour, either that or it's just a straight collection of the three.

I think the subtitle just says it's the collection of 1-3 plus something called a 描きおろし, which may be related to something called a "書き下ろし". Possibly new/previously unpublished chapters?
