    Also does anyone mind if I fix the name tag. That is horrendously misspelled.
    "Luca Jarjevna Vinocour" is how her name is spelled in the credits for Trouble Witches Neo.

    Her name is officially "Rucka Iurienva Vincour" in Japanese and "Luca Yurievna Vinakol" in English.
