Somewhat, however there do appear to be differences. The Miqo'te have more humanlike noses, and their tails are the same color as their (head) hair. Meanwhile Mithra have black, felineish style noses and the fur on their tails is roughly skin-tone.
As for the Taru and Lalafell, the Lalafell seem to have more humanish proportions/dimensions (mostly the limbs, making them closer to small hobbits, albeit with large heads) compared to the Taru (who are just a massive head, modest torso, and small, stubby limbs that would never really function well at all).
