2.) I'm not really sure if she has a choice.

1. Well, its not like she squirted Menace or Nanael when they clashed verbally or when they got on Melona's nerves.

2. She's able to control her form, and she doesn't appear to be dripping or anything normally, so she probably has good control of how liquid-y she is.

You just need to squirt her first.
