Can someone explain me how exactly did this get approved?

Because I'm out of ideas.

It seems there has been a surge in OYP stuff coming here. As to why it's getting approved...beats me.

So moderate quality doujins and art in the Touhou Love Confessions pool don't get approved, but shit like this does? Where's the justice in that?
