Okay, this is odd.

Summary of what happened here (I'll leave the actual translation to the experts =3):

Day 1: The Ruskies come in asking for "water". Springfield gives 'em some, not knowing that "water" in Rus-talk = vodka. Makarov throws the water in Springy's face and the Russians mocked her ignorance.

Day 2: Springfield rants about the previous day to her fellow Yanks. Thompson said it's common knowledge that in Russia "water = vodka" and gets shot (with M1911's M1911) for acting a smart alec. Springfield goes into full rant mode and, in short, guns the remaining two for not being sensitive to a young lady's feelings.
