Another interesting thing to note is that Kyouko is smol scale compared to the cherries but 1:1 with Dormy, Mad Scientist and Labrat. They're ALL Lily sized for this trip.

I feel that's not blood on Yumemi but instead strawberry juice. Blood is a rarity in this 4koma.

Does that mean Yumemi's ship crashed onto Myoren temple? Or onto Kyouko herself?

Kyoko getting bumped on the head was enough to meet them last time. The fact that she and Lily were talking about strawberries just before going to sleep could also have something to do with it. Kyoko might have summoned them across with dream logic.
