Oh please. Sounds like someone's never gone full defensive masteries and stacked armor on Poppy. That, combined with her passive makes her extremely tough to take down.

That's because Poppy doesn't farm minions, she farms on champions. Once she gets her sheen, it's just bad news for the other team.
