What I've always wondered is why police and government agencies never have a clue about these supernatural powered entities until they start making a ruckus. I'm pretty sure these "Violencia" and "Magical Girls" didn't just spring up recently.

They did say the Mascots and the Violencia were supposed to be invisible to common people. Maybe the reason this one can be seen is because it's still technically attached to a physical thing, in this case whatever body part it ripped off from blondie/Green Dot.

As for the boygirls themselves, the ones here do make some effort to hide themselves in some way.

Above all that, this whole thing IS kinda nuts. Like something out of a comics or such.
