It seems really weird to me that this is higher resolution than the copy on the artist's pixiv with an imgur source. It would be nice to know where this actually came from.
The only reference to that imgur upload (uploaded oct 2016 compared to pixiv uploaded 2014) I can find is from this waifu thread
Neither the artist's twitter nor pixiv appears to have such a high res copy.

Yes, this has to be upscaled using Waifu2X, but I'm quite unsure here, probably should tag "upscaled", "waifu2x" and "source_request".
