    From what I've gathered, it's because the ripped model doesn't have any bones on the neck and the animator doesn't bother to add one (or three). It's a shared 'weakness' of Genshin Impact models, since you don't really need to animate the neck craning and bending in-game.

    That, or the animator simply doesn't understand how human skeletons works.

    its more the fact the head/neck look completely dislocated or even separated from her body, since the neck in straight vertically, while her shoulders are at about a 30 degree hard angle and moves very animated while her neck doesn't move at all.
