Because you left the source field blank. The bad id tag tells users that the source link used to be valid but the work can no longer be accessed using the link. If there's no link provided, there's no point in adding the tag.

If you remember the URL you got the image from, you should put it in the source field, even if the link no longer works. Then you can add the bad id tag.

You can check your browser history for any mention of the artist name listed under azu (azu401).
