In that scenario Thoma was also captured based on what the nobushi said so I doubt it. Either they let her free after they were done with her or more likely it’s just a completely separate continuity.
Based on that "Thoma... Thomaaaaaa..." thing, I bet that's what Ayaka is thinking while she's being fucked by the nobushi.
