No. It's an artist not listed on the artists page of Medical Whiskey, so much be a new member.

Edit: After exploring the links on the pixiv of the duplicate I've updated the artist wiki, but I expect there will be more to be add after AX.

I went with the former because on the blog there's no pressure for user names. After AX someone may know the artist's preference.
