    Well, I've only seen it a couple times up until it started getting applied to Ark Royal, when it started taking off as part of jokes on how many nicknames she has. The sort of stuff that plays that line straight tends to be the sort of stuff that doesn't get uploaded here, and is instead on more specifically doujin-archiving sites.
