シャイニング シャイニング(スティーブン・キング) シャイニング(映画)
A 1980 horror film directed by Stanley Kubrick, based on the 1977 novel The Shining by Stephen King. Often the subject of parodies. Despite the film was well received by critics, Stephen King, while he enjoyed the film, did not like the adaptation due to several changes in the film particularly the character Jack Torrance where in the novel, Jack was a good man who suffers from alcoholism who slowly turns evil after being possessed by the ghosts of the Overlook Hotel while in the film, Jack was a horrible person who gradually goes mad and accepts his dark side after meeting the hotel's ghosts.
The Shinning would later have a tv miniseries that aired on ABC which followed more closely to the novel and a 2019 sequel movie Doctor Sleep, based on the 2013 sequel novel written by King.
