Voice of Hakurei Reimu in Kasu☆. Pronounced "Hasami", the Japanese word for scissors. Has completely disappeared from the internet.
She was the main character of Kasu☆, but a lack of good artists led to this single frame being chosen as her representation similar to Jigen and Koga. Because her face varied so much from frame to frame, this led to the joke that her face is a mask and her real face drives people mad. This, combined with her name and Jigen being reassigned as gunslinging badass led to 833 becoming a hitman that uses scissors as her signature weapon.
