Marisa and Alice's Cookie Kiss, or Cookie☆ for short, is a Touhou voice drama that was uploaded on Valentine's Day 2010 featuring eight amateur voice actresses and over twenty artists.
The video received heavy criticism for being very boring and voiced by actresses who didn't really know Touhou, before receiving more hate after news broke of what Cookie☆'s creator Hazuna Rio did. The video's tags were vandalized and it attracted the Manatsu no Yo no Inmu fanbase who actually appreciated the cheesy storytelling and bad voice acting, resulting in Cookie☆ becoming a spin-off or even separate entity from Touhou. The drama resulted in the both accidental and intentional doxxing of all of the voice actresses and the creator.
A few months later, three other voice dramas popularly known together as "Cookie☆☆" were organized by Taisa and picked up by Cookie☆ fans who remade these videos in MMD, with these voice actresses also getting doxxed. As Cookie☆'s popularity grew, many more voice dramas were made but this wiki only includes ones noteworthy enough to get fan art.
Due to connections with the Inmu fanbase, fans typically refer to a character by an initialism of their name (e.g. Reu -> RU, Uzuki -> UDK, etc.) with either "Aniki" (兄貴, lit. "Big Brother") or "Aneki" (姉貴, lit. "Big Sister") attached to them at the end, corresponding to the voice actor's gender. This is called "TDN Notation" (TDN表記).
Fans usually just call Alice "ALC", Rumia "RMA", and Suika "SIK" thanks to the TDN Notation.
