The Tenth Disciple of the Clan Of Noah. His Noah name is "Bondom" and he represents the "Bonds" aspect of the Noah (D.Gray-Man). Something that he shares with his fellow Noah, Jasdero. He and Jasdero are mostly seen together and they are even referred to as twins.
He and Jasdero have the ability to combine/fuse with one another and form Jasdevi. A more powerful version of them both.
He has short black hair and wears eyeshadows around his eyes
