Non-clothing items that are worn like clothing, such as naked towels, do count against the tag. Items used to hide the naked body, as in nude cover, don't count against the tag. Naked chocolate or other such fluids covering the body also don't count against the tag.
If you can't see their crotch or lower, use nude instead.
