Despite the destruction of humanity, the Doom Bringers are still one of the most well-armed armies. Founded following the companies' world domination, it was the last of the four armies, but it also gained the most notorious reputation. Their lightning-fast aerial maneuvers and strategic bombardment from both above and below the stratosphere gave the Doom Bringers a reputation befitting their name. Another reason why their enemies feared them was that they had a variety of thermonuclear weapons. In reality they were never used as it was still the humans who had total control over their use, but the Doom Bringers were recognized as a fearsome foe just for their existance.
Even after the destruction of humanity, the Doom Bringers were able to preserve considerable power compared to the other three armies, because their air transport capacity made it easier to retreat to islands where the Iron Parasites could not attack, and they were able to move as much strategic supplies as possible to the islands as well. The lack of the manufacturing capabilities needed for their weapons is a problem, but they have been able to squeeze whatever supplies they have to continue their strategic bombardments against the Iron Parasites.
