One Piece character. One of the Eleven Supernova and captain of the Kid Pirates. He is a rival of the fellow Supernovas Monkey D. Luffy and Trafalgar Law. During the timeskip, he challenged the Emperor Shanks and ended up losing his left arm after the battle with his first mate Benn Beckman.
Having consumed the Jiki Jiki no Mi Devil Fruit, he has powers over magnetism, allows him to attract or repel metallic objects as he please. After the timeskip, he use this power to attach his prosthetic arm on him, which also doubles as a railgun.
