Exterminators are a subset of Safeguard that often appear as black and white humanoid robots. They use primitive weaponry, often their claws or melee weapons, though stronger versions are capable of energy attacks. They often attack in large numbers, similar to a horde of zombies. But also a handful can pose a serious threat to anyone without the Net Terminal Gene. This is because they possess a strong armor which can't be penetrated by normal weapons. Most of the time the Exterminators bear the Safeguard -|- symbol on their forehead.
