A Fire/Flying-type Legendary Pokémon, #0250 in the National Pokédex.
A large, bird-like Pokémon with red eyes. It is orange and white with a sun-like tail, green-tipped wings, and curly forehead plumes. A rainbow is said to form behind it when it flies. The mascot of Pokémon Gold and HeartGold; its counterpart is Lugia.
